| Information source from the port: (1) The port of Bristol provides reception facilities for International waste (Category 1 Animal by-products) which are taken by skip direct to landfill as per the regulations. All other non-garbage waste is disposed of by contractors and is normally arranged by agents. The port provides details of suitable contractors in the Waste Management Plan. The port of Bristol can arrange the disposal of any type of waste. |
